Secret Fix 1 System
A 2mm thick Horizonal rail system which is typically fixed to vertical rails in a T & L geometry.
Secret Fix-1 is designed for invisible mounting of facade materials with a
thickness of 8mm to 25mm.
The SF clasps are supplied in 40, 50 & 80mm widths based on loading
requirements. RJ Facades technical department will specify the hanger
brackets depending on the facade panel size and weight.
Designed for all market leading undercut fixing configurations. SF hangers
are available with a variety of hole geometry to suit various methods for secret
fixing to different facade types, including Fischer FZP, Keil, SFS and other
projecting bolts.
The majority of facades can be designed using 2mm vertical sections,
although there structurally required 3mm sections are specified.
RJ Facades technical department will specify the hanger brackets depending on the façade panel size and weight.

- Technical Characteristics

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading
The system benefits from using a standard helping hand system, which is interchangeable with other RJ Facades helping hand systems based on the project requirements.
RJ Facades offer one of the UK's largest range of Helping Hand brackets which have been designed to help achieve the the required U-Value while helping to support the facade system going back to the backing wall.
