Former Fruit & Veg Market | Southampton

The Former Fruit & Veg market is a transformation of a rundown district in Southampton into a flagship residential and commercial development. The development is a £60m project in the up-and-coming Queensway district, the project creates 84 one bedroom and 195 two-bedroom apartments over three blocks, as well as a commercial space and green space to revitalise the prominent area of the city. The façade surface area is 10,000m2 of a mixture of Eternit, Equitone Natura, Formica Vivix and vertical hung GeBrick façade systems. All facades were supported by the RJ Facades EVT substructure and vertical rails with a full fixings package.
