Vario L is a system for ventilated facades consisting entirely of extruded aluminium elements.
Vario L differs from existing solutions with the unique cladding material - aluminium lamella, the lamella in aluminium helps control the amount of sunlight acting on its surface.
The system is designed with a unique profile that is fixed to the L-brackets and the lamella facade panels are then fixed directly to the profile.
The profiles can be coated to the same colour as the main façade, or coloured a differed colour to create a defined border around the panels.
The product ensures accurate fixed 8mm vertical gap by specially selected main vertical profile and 8mm horizontal negative gap, defined by the lamellas.
Low weight of juts 6kg/m2, facilitating the transportation, loading, unloading and installation.
Custom made sizes of lamellas allows the use of very long lamella, in case of severe loadings and provides excellent performance in terms of statistics.

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading
