Systems
SystemKERF has been designed and specified to support ornate and shaped stone façade panels, where it is not possible to use Fischer FZP undercut fixings due to stone thickness. Suitable where the stone façade panel is supported using a grove in the upper and lower edge of the façade panel.
The horizontal rail can be fixed to the vertical rail using tek screw or rivet connections. The horizontal rails are designed to span 400-600mm between the vertical support structure.
Bracket and rail systems from Fischer are interchangeable based on the project requirement. 'Helping Hand' brackets from SystemEVT are the example in the image, the most cost-effective bracket selection from the range. To achieve improved thermal performance to concrete substrate use FischerBWM ZeLa brackets.
FischerBWM offer Europe’s largest range of Helping hand brackets which have been designed to help achieve the U-value. Bracket systems range from the ZeLa range, designed to achieve passive house levels of performance, to standard L brackets that suit most project requirements in the UK.
Project thermal calculations to confirm insulation thickness available on a project by project basis.
FischerBWM facade systems are designed and manufactured to Eurocode 9. UK accreditation approvals through the new Winmark Approval, by Wintech and the BBA are confirmation of Eurocode design and manufacture processes.

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading. Bracket configuration is specified by FischerBWM engineering department.
