SystemONE is engineered to support large cavities and where there is a need to span between floors. SystemOne is also used if building substrate is variable or where a subframe needs to carry heavy weight facade materials - including natural stones with a typical thickness greater than 40mm and glass. Use Fischer FZP undercut anchors to secure the panel to the hanger brackets.
The horizontal rail can be fixed to the vertical rail using tek screw or rivet connections. The horizontal rails are designed to span 600-800mm between the vertical support structure.
FischerBWM systemONE, horizontal rail system is available in 37mm deep sections, with hanger brackets available in 50mm, 90mm and 140mm widths. FischerBWM engineering will specify the hanger brackets depending on the façade panel size and weight.
Bracket and rail systems from Fischer are interchangeable based on the project requirement. 'Helping Hand' brackets from systemONE, concrete range, are the example in the image. SystemONE ‘Helping Hand’ brackets and vertical rails are specified where there is a requirement to span between floors and supports heavy facade materials. To achieve improved thermal performance to concrete substrate use ZeLa or ATK 100 stainless brackets.
FischerBWM offer Europe’s largest range of Helping hand brackets which have been designed to help achieve the U-value. Bracket systems range from the ZeLa range, designed to achieve passive house levels of performance, to standard L brackets that suit most project requirements in the UK.
Project thermal calculations to confirm insulation thickness available on a project by project basis.
FischerBWM facade systems are designed and manufactured to Eurocode 9. UK accreditation approvals through the new Winmark Approval, by Wintech and the BBA are confirmation of Eurocode design and manufacture processes.

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading. Bracket configuration is specified by FischerBWM engineering department.
