The system is designed for mounting of heavy façade materials with thickness more than 30mm.

The profiles and accessories are designed to handle extreme loads, caused by weight of facade materials up to 90kg/m2.

Optimisation of the substructure by optimal load distribution to vertical supporting pillars materials suitable for hanging.

The system comprised of vertical T & L profiles with a horizontal rail fixed to the vertical profiles at facade joint locations, there is then a stainless steel pin that is fixed through the horizontal rail which takes weight of the stone connecting the stone below to the stone above, distributing the load across the façade.

    UL Winmark Approval (UKAS Product Certification)

    The UL Certification covers the full range of brackets and accessory components. The aluminium and stainless EVT brackets and components are manufactured and fabricated in Europe and the UK at UL audited manufacturing sites.

  • Technical Characteristics

     

    Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading

    The system benefits from using a standard helping hand system, which is interchangeable with other RJ Facades helping hand systems based on the project requirements.
