Brick Slip system are designed using vertical rails in a T & L geometry and horizontal sections depending on the brick tiles requirements.
Brick Slip System has been designed and specified to support a facing brick finish via horizontal system sections, where certain aesthetics of the facade is needed. Suitable as a light weight and cost-effective option comparing to the traditional masonry, the system could be fixed to different substrates such as concrete, steel and timber. Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading. Bracket configuration is specified by FischerBWM engineering department.
