Bravo-W is the optimal solution for large and flat facades ensuring fast and secure installation of cassettes from aluminium composite materials and metal sheets.
The system is built-up with a Y shaped profile that runs vertically at panel joint locations supported by EVT L-Brackets. The system then has a W shaped hanger profile that has a bar attached to allow cassette panels to be hooked on the system.
The Y and W profiles allow for the movement of the facade material, due to the various thermal expansions without compromising the secure attachment of the cassettes.
Designed for metal or composite cladding sheets, shaped into cassettes using a hook attachment method. The design of the main vertical profile gives the possibility for different shadow gaps.
The hangers are designed to click into the main profile for additional fine adjustment, secured in place with a fixing screw.
The quantity of hangers per panel depends on panel dimensions, which will be specified by the panel manufacturer.

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading
