Bravo-H Support System
The Bravo-H system is designed for installation of composite materials and metal sheets, by using the easiest and simple cladding principle (tongue and groove).
The system consists of 2 horizontal profiles, a rail profile that is fixed back to the subgrid with the second profile fixed to the back of the panel to allow the façade to lock into the subgrid creating the tongue and groove joint.
Horizontal profiles installed on the top and the bottom of each panel give additional strength and reinforcement to the façade.
There are additional accessories available for anti-rattle between the profiles. The vertical and horizontal shadow joints of the panel can be 4mm minimum and 21mm maximum.
The system is designed for aluminium and composite materials to provide a support system for invisible fix cassette panels, using rivet connections, primarily suitable for horizontal orientated large span cassettes.

- Technical Characteristics

Typical bracket configuration uses the Fixed Point bracket at the highest position on the vertical rail to support the façade vertical dead loads. The Sliding Point bracket is used typically on all other positions on the vertical rail to absorb the project wind loading
The system benefits from using a standard helping hand system, which is interchangeable with other RJ Facades helping hand systems based on the project requirements.
