  • Technical Characteristics

    • The main fastener body and head are made of A4 316 grade austenitic stainless steel. The lead threads are made of hardened carbon steel. These elements are uniquely welded together.
    • Galvanized zinc-plated steel
    • ETA: Option 1 Cracked and non-cracked concrete
    • Thread sizes: M6, M8, M10, M12
    • Lengths from 67mm to 150mm available
    • Hexagon head with flange
    • Enhanced corrosion resistance for more demanding applications
    • Easy to distinguish through its gold marking
    • The design also includes ‘anti-back-out’ serrations, providing much greater grip into metal fixture materials such as aluminium.

    • No expansion therefore small edge and centre distances possible

    Suitable for outdoor settings and is approved for environmental classifications ranging from C1 up to C4, in accordance with BS EN 12944. This includes 'severe industry characterised by fall out and emissions of stacks, sulphur and acid smells' and encompasses plant buildings immediately under stacks as well as buildings with a high internal humidity and /or corrosion from operations within. That category also includes severe marine areas between 100 and 300m inland from the shore.
